Q1: My restaurant kitchen produces a lot of heavy smoke and grease. What type of centrifugal fan should I choose to ensure efficient extraction?
A1: For environments with dense smoke and grease, we recommend forward-curving multi-blade centrifugal fans. This type of fan is capable of generating higher pressure, which helps to overcome the resistance posed by oil fume filters and long ducts. The casing of these fans is equipped with access openings, making them easier to clean.
Q2: How can you help me choose the right centrifugal fan?
A2:You can simply inform the customer service of your on-site requirements by providing the information listed below, and leave your contact details so that they can prepare a quote for you based on your needs.
Airflow : ______ m³/h
Static Pressure : ______ Pa
Medium : Normal Air / Dust / Chemical Fumes?
Temperature : ______ °C
Motor Voltage : 380V/50Hz/3Ph or others?
Mounting Type : Indoor / Outdoor / Roof?
Q3:Oil accumulation is a big problem in kitchen fans. How can I prevent fire hazards and make cleaning easier?
A3:To address this, we offer fans with a special Non-stick Coating on the impeller and housing. This makes oil removal much easier. Additionally, we can install a Removable Bottom Oil Tray for convenient waste oil collection. We also strongly recommend installing a professional Grease Trap or electrostatic precipitator before the fan to intercept most grease particles, significantly reducing maintenance frequency.
Q4:The fan will be installed on the roof, but I am worried the noise will disturb the neighbors or customers. Do you have a quiet solution?
A4:To address the issue of noise, a noise-absorbing screen can be installed at the rear of the fan's volute, which can reduce noise levels by 5–10 decibels. You can also purchase noise-absorbing covers to further minimize noise levels. To date, we have not received any complaints regarding noise issues with our fans.
