Working Principle:

Q3:The exhaust gas in my factory contains corrosive chemicals. Will a standard carbon steel fan work, or do I need a special material?

A3:Standard carbon steel fans are not suitable for corrosive environments as they will rust quickly. For chemical exhaust, we strongly recommend using Stainless Steel (SS304 or SS316) or FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic). These materials offer excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion. We can also apply a special anti-corrosion coating if the concentration is low. It is crucial to confirm the gas composition to avoid equipment failure.

Q4:I am worried about the noise and vibration affecting the workshop environment. What solutions do you offer?

A4:All our fans undergo strict Dynamic Balancing tests before leaving the factory to minimize vibration. To further reduce noise, we can install Inlet/Outlet Silencers or a Soundproof Enclosure. Additionally, mounting the fan on Vibration Isolators (rubber pads) will effectively prevent vibration from transferring to the building structure.
